excellent hotel. Don't take any notice of negative reviews. We went with grandchildren. We were vary wary reading reviews but honestly this hotel is great for children. Entertainment was great. Staff were great with children and there was plenty of choice of food for everyone. Could not fault anything was clean and rooms were great for families. Speaking to families around the pool all had the same opinion.

The hotel is clean and nice, with large spacious rooms. However, we had a blocked shower and broken wardrobe... just some signs of wear and age which can be seen here and there. The pools are excellent, and the water park/slides area is great fun. There weren't really any queues and you could always get on a slide. The staff are helpful, but not too smiley. However, the Animation team were excellent, they really made an effort to make sure we had fun and enjoyed our holiday, I can't speak highly enough of them. Great area to go shopping with lots of shops and variety. Overall, it was a brilliant holiday.

It's a lovely resort especially for families. The aqua park is great and clean and perfect for adults and small children. Loved how there was a snack bar there for lunch so there's no need to get ready and go to the main buffet, you could just have lunch there. I wouldn't say there was a great variety of food overall however I did enjoy it nonetheless. The ice creams were the tastiest ice creams I've ever had and the kids loved it as it was all inclusive. The animation team and entertainment every night was just incredible, karaoke night was absolutely hilarious. I loved how they had little fridges around the pools stacked with fresh water and ayran (turkish yoghurt). It was very refreshing to drink whilst it was boiling hot. Our room was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 children as we were given the exclusive suite that had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a washing machine that came in really handy. However, I've knocked 1 star off due to the service and cleanliness. The night we arrived the floor was dirty and the room was just not clean. It was cleaned the next day however I had to ring reception everyday to make sure someone would be coming to clean my room as a couple of times they cleaned the rooms very late and once nobody turned up to clean the room. After complaining somebody finally came at 5pm to clean. I've never experienced this kind of room service before in other resorts/hotels. Have to say the staff were just fantastic. My youngest drinks full fat milk and we were told just to get the milk from the bar. They gave us a carton of milk happily almost everyday and didn't even accept money when we tried to offer. Saved us countless trips to the shops outside in the heat. Everyone was friendly in the resort and we did overall have an amazing time.

I rate it 3 stars...with all my love and understanding for hard working ppl. Rooms are very spacious but not very clean. We stayed for 6 nights and not once was our room cleaned or our sheets changed. Got some new towels and they removed the wet ones though...Easy going person here so not gonna nitpicking on everything but....2 outside pools and 1 indoor, all of them cold af...you won't get a decent, or close to it, cocktail...Local beer Efes is fine...stuff is mostly friendly. Food might be repetitive but you really have a big choice and I wasn't disappointed. The private beach...no comment...Point is, it might have been awesome, when they opened it in 2018, but now it's just runned down. You can tell, they haven't invested 1 Cent since they opened it. Oh, and for Folks, who got kids and don't want spend too much...its just fine

Arrived in Antalya , driving here seeing all the hotels lit up and thought Great until we turned it to this place, was very dark and the area around it looked rough . Reception is dated . All staff are nice & friendly. We had 2 rooms 1 in the main part and another opposite the pool . They were nice enough and all ways cold which was great as it was so hot . Cleaned to a standard, . Food is repetitive but was all ways ok . You can eat and drink all day and night if you wish . Bottled beer and named spirts at the chill bar not just local gear. Quiet pool is good and the gym next to it is very good for what you want when on your hols . The other 2 pools where the slides are these are ok as well but when you see the photo of the slides when your booking to seeing them close up they need some maintenance on them . Fence where they play dates needs looked at . The entertainment team are great and keep you busy all day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for these. Pool bar and restaurant is also repetitive but a first time I've seen a hotel put entertainment on while having your lunch (not every day) . I know the life gaurds get on well with all the children but when I found out my daughter 10 and her new friend 13 were sitting on a chair at the top of the stairs where you go down slides talking to 1 MALE ADULT for around 10 minutes I find this alarming and spoke with the management hoping to hear back from them but they never got back to me so they must see this is an ok thing to do but for me they should not let any children sit up there and should be sent straight down the slides once at the top . They claim to have a beach so went down for a look it is terrible, when you see the effort the other hotels have put in to it you just want to sink your head in to the sand it's shocking . This was not a cheap holiday for us so in my opinion I would rather pay a bit more and stay on the beach. A good bonus is that the WIFI is very good here you can get a signal everywhere.

We are happy with this hotel. It's not as fancy as the larger hotels nearby, but more affordable. Rooms are nice. Our deluxe room overlooks the pool. The other side of our block look over waste ground. I think they are smaller rooms. It's quite a small buffet, but are enjoying the food in the main restaurant. Not keen on the food at the pool snack bar. My only annoyance is the lack of cleanliness. The pool area should be hosed down every night. Plates/rubbish taken away. The hallway/stairs are not swept often and the dining room floor can be dirty before service starts too. Hotel is close to shops, but a distance from the beach.

We arrived on Tuesday 1am and supposed to leave after 2weeks which will be Monday night we had a baby 2years old so we were told to check out Monday afternoon at 12 o’clock which means we will be sitting on sofa waiting for nearly 7 hours till the bus arrives to airport, I talked to receptionist and jet2 guys about my situation coz of little child but I was told to pay extra money for 3 hours stay in the room I was upset and angry how they treat people my child sleep on my lap two hours and he was not feeling well i will not advise anyone to go through what I went through please be aware of timing nobody cares as long they get their money. Learn lesson for me bye bye. K .Y I hope you don’t delete people opinion
